Repeatedly Hacked!!!

I got hacked about 3 times a week. Fortunately I hav several backups, so I'm online again within half an hour.
Nevertheless it is very annoying.
What can I do about it?

And if you're having infusions like the arcade or top-list you should update them also, they had fixes recently.

By the way.
I recently infused:
"Resource Inventory System"
"Library Management System"
"RSS Parser" and
"Security System"
Can anyone of these has something to do with it.
The first two required some folders (images) to be 777.

I still do have this problem.
Do hackers make use of FTP towards 777 folders?
I always have a recent back-up, so I'm online quit soon each time but it is very annoying.

What exactly do they do to your site?
If they place new files, check the timestamp of those files, then go through your webserver logs to check the activity around that timeframe. That might give you a clue on how they exactly do it.
Nobody has your admin password(s) by any chance? Did you change them after a restore? Same for your FTP password? |

I know they change the content of the fusion_settings table, but that's not all. When I restore the database the problem still exists. Only when I restore the software also it is gone.

I know now that the real problem is that my site is getting defaced (almost every day).
The settings table is changed. I already changed my admin password, but this doesn't help.
What can I do about it.
Where is this table called? So I can try to rename it and adjust the proper programms.
