Listen up folks, here's what I need from ya'll.
There is money involved here, so don't click the back button yet!
I'll be ordering a couple of the PHP-Fusion licenses from Digi around the first of the month.
I need a coder/designer who's willing to design and code a couple of PHP-FUSION web-sites for me. It'll include a bunch of template changes and pre-existing hacks/mods to be included.
I will pay top dollar for this, I mind you. But I will require a top dollar designer/coder.
A couple of the sites will be "short & sweet" but about two of them will be in-depth hardcore. If your interested, contact me by my email ( ) or on AIM ( DeMenkey ) or just PM me, but email is the fastest way.
I am really interested in somebody that I know from this site to do my work, but if one of these newbies, it's fine I guess. But you've not only gotta have great design skills, you've got to know PHP-FUSION and PHP like the back of your hand. |

Digi - I don't what are You doing! Lots of people want to help You, to improve Fusion! Why are You accept to delete Copyright? Can You explain me this? Right, I'm from Poland, and I can't understand Your decision!
I know, are lots of people delete copyrights, but not all! Warez site's delete, some people too, but rest don't! I'll to the same like DeMenkey, I pay You lots of $ to improve this CMS! Maybe this change Your decision!
Your CMS is for now the greatest CMS, and You give permission to remove copyright, this is incredible! This sound like ( for me ) X-Files! I'm using, a lots of CMS ( jPortal and etc. ) and whenm I download Fusion, I'll stay on it. I'll talk a lots of people who can be do the Copyright Removal for Fusion. You know for? For protect Your work! But if You don't want to help, I'm sorry, I can't help.

The decision was whether or not to stay on the way of the GPL and Open Source or not. the GPL is very undetailed about this copyright issue but a number of cmss and other Open Source softwar learned that they can't force one to keep the copyright, so Digi just did the right thing by not doing so.

at least he is donating for this. I'm glad to see this. He's not an ungrateful guy. Everyone learn from him. Or give credit. Let's just not talk this any farther and I'll say I can't help you for squat lol.
I do not help people who do not have the copyright on their website. I should flame you for even posting.

well wait. so I dont have to have the powered by fusion link in the footer/at all? becuase if i dont, I would like to re-locate it to a side panel on my page...
and how much is top dollar?

you don't HAVE to have it there but if you want it then feel free to do so :)
if you don't want it then find footer.php
and locate
 Coderender_footer(false);
change to this
Code render_footer([color=red]true[/color]);
then find the code with the banner in your theme.php and copy/paste that into a custom page

It's true, as I did on www.eliptex.com I moved the footer and added a "powered by" button on the left hand side. |
