Maincore problem with News_Cats

In the administration page for News Cats I'm getting this sql error:

Warning: is_dir(): Stat failed for ../images/news_cats/bugs.gif (errno=13 - Permission denied) in maincore.php on line 514

I've not touched Maincore.php or administration/news_cat.php. What could be the problem?

Didn't you accidentally delete the directory? Or mess up the access to it?

heh Janmol's theory was the correct one, I guess the guy who setup the fusion forgot to chmodd it. Isnt that part of the chmodd check for setup.php though?
