what Will Happen If I remove All Locales Except English?

What Will Happen If I remove All Locales Except English in the main locale folder?
Will this just meen that all languages in all country's will be in English?
Or will it effect the way the site works in other countrys if the locales have been removed.

If you removes all the locale files except English, the language of your site will be only English (titles, menus, etc). Anyone that visits your site, independently of their country, will see your site in English. Nothing else.
