I have a new member that has just signed up to one of my sites (www.gamer-tagged.com), and for some reason he cannot edit his profile properly. He can change avatar and everything else, but it won't let him change his signature. It's weird because it saves whatever he puts but then doesn't display it at all. I can't understand why this is happening though because it only seems to be him that is affected, as I can edit my profile and so can everyone else. I have tried changing it for him from admin, and also logging in as him and changing it, but still no luck. It doesn't matter whether I use plain text or images, nothing shows at all.
Anybody ever had anything like this happen and/or know how to fix it? TIA.
Bump - it also seems to be happening with another member of the site who just joined, but all previous members are fine. I have tried signing up for a new account myself, and tested changing signature and it works fine, I have tried editing the affected members sigs myself and it's not appearing so I know it's not them doing something wrong.
This is just bizarre... I can't understand why it is doing this...
