Two pm's being sent instead of 1

For some reason, when I send a private message to all members, it sends two...
I'm looking around everywhere and can't seem to find a place to designate sending one message or more than 1.
Anybody know what is going on?

It should only send 1, but if your browser refreshs while sending, it will prolly send more than one. I have some members that get impatient, or fumble on the keyboard and send multiple messages. Those are isolated incidents. Are you sure that you are send two or are you browsing the db and seeing two messages?

Positive, two are being sent, I even have two in my outbox, and numerous members are saying they are receiving two... |

Yes, I do have latest version. I'm thinking there's something in database thats making 2 being sent,but can't find it. |

No new infusions, last infusion was Kroax video, about 8 months ago......
The double pm's just showed up last week or so.... |

I'm not sending 2 pm's, I'm only sending 1 and I'm the only one who has access to send pm's.
The latest is, I sent another pm and everybody received 3 and i sent another pm now everybody received 4....
There's something going on and I have no clue what it is....
Any help would be appreciated.... |

The problem is I've deleted all pm's in the database again.
The 1st pm sent, only sent 1 pm to everybody, now the 2nd one has sent 2 pm's to everybody... there must be a counter that keeps adding 1 for each pm sent. So the next pm will more than likely send 3 pm's to everybody... I went up to 4 last time, but obviously I have a problem and nobody can seemingly help me with this.

reuploaded files in the includes folder.
Members still receive 2 pm's, then 3 pm's. I still can't figure out why nor how its adding an additional pm each time. Somebody has to know this. I've looked for 2 folders, 2 of anything. This isn't making any sense... |
