How can I optimise friend's web for Opera and IE

Hi, my friend has problem. He don't know how to optimise his web(fecross-x.eu) for Opera and IE.
Can you help with it?? Thanks.
It's php-fusion v7.

I guess that is mostly theme related and in that case you should as k the theme guru's on http://themes.php... and don't forget to mention the theme that is currently used...
