Mod Rewrite Shortcode BBCode IMG URLs
cheeseme
I am having a problem with the [img] BBCode displaying images from a hosting site using mod rewrite for URL shortnames. Example below.

[img]http://www.otepic.com/pfile.php?action=thumb&size=large&file_id=35[/img]

Is there anything I can do about this?

img bbcode works just with this formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .bmp.

the reason why phpfusion doesen't allow that url to work. is to protect you from hack attempts.

But i will look more into this problem and try to find a way, because i saw some forums, that allow this type of url images.

Till then, you should search for a new image hosting.
I will give you a list.

Thaks Falcon, but no worries. I was talking with Daywalker about this and he said there wouldn't be an easy way to accomplish such a thing. Was just wondering if there was some kind of configuration I was missing, but apparently not. No biggies, I can understand why this is works in this manner.
