This is not the full v7.01.02 pakage for a fressh/new install!
This is really the v7.01.01 package with a two step dance.
One has to go thru the manual upgrade/update process to reach v7.01.02. |

i mean precisely that a new fresh install of v7.01.02...i am not going thru nor do i want or need an upgrade. .
the package includes the following as you already know..
1. db_updates
2.files
3.upgrade v7
agpl
reame-en
so i assume that all i need for a fress clean new install of v7.01.02 are the package file sin files folder?
readme-en instructions is for upgrade instructions from previous versions.
thanks |

Yes, for a new installation you only need the files that are inside the files folder.
Once you have installed a fresh PHP-Fusion v7.01.02 (download here), you need to go to Admin Panel >> System Admin >> Upgrade and follow the instructions. Then you will see that your PHP-Fusion version is 7.01.02.

Thanks NobNob, for clarification. a quick note setup.php does not show in php-fusion root on windows 7 machines.by default, you have to do a search, you may have consider renaming this file for win7 hosts. |

You're welcome
And about the problem with setup.php file on Windows 7, I can't replicate it, since I'm not using that OS, but I'll notify this issue to the Dev Team.
Thanks for point it out.
