Please Replace the PHP-Fusion copyright and the AGPL notice, unless you have bought a license that is.
Thanks dude.

Nice thanks mate because until it's replaced they won't support you so do it as soon as you can.

I uploaded the files to the proper folders. I put the code in the banners section. I then installed the infusion.
The infusion shows as installed under system admin, but does not show up in the infusions menu.
Help...

hmm, seems if I am logged in as a secondary superadmin and not the login I created the site with, the infusion installation malfunctions.
I did the infusion with my main login and the infusion installed fine. |

Well, that's the way PHP-Fusion works. If you as user_id nr. 1 installing an infusion - then you must give your other admns that user_right too. That you can do from PHP-Fusion's administration.
LOL so no probs at all..

well infusion shows installed, I made some links in the infusions section, no links on page...
I did put the code in the banners area.
edit: seems it is a theme issue. I cahnged the theme and it works fine, but it's not the theme I want to use lol

The readme says:
Will work with all standard-coded themes - without any modding at all.
- therefor I don't think your theme is written/coded after the standard today.
Check if you have this piece of code in your theme.php:
".showbanners()."
If you not have that piece of code your theme ain't written after the standard.

edit: no that line of code isn't present. can I add it without messing up the theme. I'm sort of a php newbie.

Try to attach the theme here. Not only the theme.php - but the map /themes/2Dark
