Ajax shoutbox-mod - for v 7.02.x

FOR v 7.02.x and above!
My new announce here will be shout-box.
So, the mod is fully compatible, ajax improved and restyled shoutbox + archive.
Only panel have ajax mode, but that is all people need, I thought 
Version: something like release
And features:
- You can use CTRL+ENTER to send your shout
- You can change bbcodes for shoutbox and online time.
- Admin/guest picture
- No locales needed (hardcoded a bit)
- Full AJAX + No-script shoutbox (using jQuery)
- New images
- Ajax update, ajax button "MORE!"
- Text counter
- Nick reference (near the nick)
- Online/offline icon
- Avatars (if user have, if not - seems like a standard SB )
- Admin/guest picture
- Ajax only for users not for guests
- ...and maybe(?) more
Installation - just replace original files. Done.
New settings - check your SB-admin panel
Also this will be a support thread of the mod.

I have problem with Shoutbox which is integrated in installation of core phpfusion. When I'am using locale Slovenian with Charset windows-1250, no shouts won't display. When I cahnge it to utf-8 or iso-8859-1 it works fine. So I installed this shoutbox, but still don't work. Problems with charset. What should I do? I need charset to be windows-1250. I'm using the latest version php-fusion. I was using 7.0 later and it worked fine with windos-1250. Please help. |

I have changed my charset to utf-8 and now it works, but i had a lot of work to change all my ščž characters in database.

Can I assume that you don't have defuse the shoutbox that is currently running to use this version? Defusing would delete all posts would it not? |

Polarfox, there is an error with the Shoutbox Archive. It always shows users as online.

It has a "refresh" button but I don't see the auto refresh. Maybe my mistake sorry. |

No errors found, at my site the archive works fine...
Maybe it's a settings problem?..
but I don't see the auto refresh click on the clock and check the autorefresh time.

I have almost the same problem, but changing of charset doesnt help. any ideas please?
EDIT// I solved this!
I have founded all values
$locale['charset']
and edited to
"utf8"
(with quotes)
in files:
- shoutbox_panel.php
- shoutbox_archive.php
- ash.php
Try it by yourself, it works for me with accents (Slovakia).
(I have charset on my website Windows-1250, only in shoutbox I have utf-8 now. But it works right.)

is there a way to make the panel auto refresh, ie without the user having to set it to 10 seconds etc. Im wanting it to refresh constantly, appreciate the help.

No by default, because it takes user traffic, cpu time.
Adding this feature:
add to the end of ash.js :
jQuery(document).ready(function() {
ash_setautor(10);/* 10 - means: 10 seconds */
});
