Lost admin password

Please help I lost my admin password.

If you are using the last version of PHPF i've made a script with code from setup.php, all you have to do is to upload the file and acces it then type your new passwords.
REMEMBER TO REMOVE THE FILE AFTER YOU ARE DONE.

I used the script, changed the password and received the message that the admin password was reset. However, it still won't let me log in. I believe that someone has somehow changed the password and is now preventing me from changing it. I do have access to phpmyadmin but don't know how to change the password using the new algorithm. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
