edit button in downloads (hard?)

I need a edit button to appear for admins when viewing a download (with latest php-fusion version)

I can't seem to do it however!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes but the question is where it should appear? listed URL/downloads.php or download page

if you have not modified downloads.php upload and overwrite with this file. if you have modified then copy code between '//-start edit download' and '//-end edit download' and place it as I did. this doesn't have locale. I edited image for this but requires more modifications.

EDIT: This file is for the root of your installation.
