can't delete downloads - help?

I downloaded a simple gif file to test my downloads section and now i cannot delete this download no matter what. If you look at the attached pic, it says click to test and options but none of them are click-able.

Aknur, it doesnt show the menu when I click the arrow. For some reason I have to click an invisible area around the arrow to show the menu. This is inconvenient because I have to try clicking several invisible areas to see which will work.

I'll change the arrow pic to a bigger one and see if that helps. In any case, this matter is partially resolved. Thanx for the help
