Windows 7 Display Problem

I just bought a new laptop with Windows 7 and the display for this site and my php-fusion site is not showing the theme. It is just showing the bare page. I I could, I would show a screen dump of what I mean. Is there a setting that i need to check?

This only seems to apply to Firefox..I am running the newest version 10.02

It seems php-fusion site is working now on windows7 Firefox v.17 because I am viewing php-fusion site now. Maybe you need only to refresh your browser.
