Can't Access Admin

In trying to install a new infusion, I can't seem to get to the Infusion module from the System Admin section. When I click on system admin, I get the following address in the address bar:

and all I get is a blank screen. If I remove all of the information after index.php, it takes me back to main page, although I am still logged in as the admin.

Therefore I can't see any of the infusions so that I can delete or add any infusions. Everything else seems to be working fine. I just recently (a week ago) bough a new laptop that is running Windows 7 but I can't imagine that is causing the problem. any help is appreciated.

BTW, I have already emptied the cache with the same results.

Thanks for your response. I am running 7.02.04 and it is not a specific infusion, I get the blank page when I click on the Infusion icon in the System Admin section.

Tell him Fangree_Craig say's Delete the files for the new infusion you are trying to install, that is the problem.

I am getting the blank page when I click on the Infusion icon in the System Admin section. I am not trying to install an infusion at the moment. I was going to try to do it, but I never got that far. The Infusion I was going to install is the RSS parser panel from Stewart-Golgs. All I did was upload the files to the infusion directory. The infusion was not installed as I never got that far.

EDIT: My apologies to Fangree_Craig...as soon as I deleted the files in question from the RSS Parser Panel, my problem went away and I can now access the infusions module. Thanks for your help.
