Registration Question

Recently on another site that I am a member of, we had a member that tried to register, but his email was broken, and didn't receive the confirmation email. So he registered under a differant name and email. I guess the question is how do we go about deleting the first registration. Where can we find that information so he can change his name to what it is supposed to be.

You can change from phpmyadmin from users table..

Exactly as @HaYaLeT wrote. You should go to the phpmyadmin site and find this record with its email or login and delete it manually.
