setting time zones

new install of php-fusion version 7.2.5

trying to set time zones - or GMT off-set

when my time is June 4th 19:00 MST (-7:00 GMT)
server time is June 4th 21:00 CDT (-5:00 GMT)
GMT time is June 5th 02:00 GMT (-0:00 GMT) - note the next day

my issue is: I can not get 'my time' and 'server time' to show June 4th and 'GMT time' to show June 5th

I'm not sure this will help, however in edit Profile have you set your own profile time to -7?

yes - it is set to GMT -7:00

what I did not say - was where I am working at:
PHP-Fusion Powered Website Admin Panel - v7.02.05 --> Settings --> Time and Date

and
my time is == Guests offset --> GMT -7:00

and I can not get hours to show in:
24-hour format of an hour with leading zeros --> %H
or
Uppercase Ante meridiem and Post meridiem --> %A
