How to Restore data

I was upgrade my v.7.00.07 on the step 7.01.00 to 7.01.06 all was OK. Then I upgrade on verzion 7.02.00 and web was dead. Then I delete all direstories on FTP, and copy from my locale PC (I was before upgrade copy all FTP to locale PC), but web does is not working. How I restore my original 7.00.07 working web?

You will also need to restore your old SQL backup from before you attempted the upgrade. That should be done via your hosting control panel.
