The European cookie law states that visitors should be offered the choice to decline the storage of cookies when they visit your website. For technical cookies used to remember login info an exception is made.
But a lot of fusionneers use google or affiliate advertisements for which the cookie regulation applies.
My request for the PHP-Fusion community is to implement an non obtrusive "except 3th party cookies" notification.

Yes, it will be released but first I need to localise it all, clean the code and fix some things. I have been working on it for months but got bored of it. I will finish it up and release this as soon as possible.
For now I have a temporary solution until I get this released...

There is also this temporary solution as well...

Looking great Fangree_Craig!
Does http://www.fangre...ontrol.php be the first page a visitor sees?
In that case I find it very obtrusive. I prefer a small privacy/cookie button which leads to http://www.fangre...ntrol.php.
Spiders and guests outside the EU never should see this button or page.
Spiders should have free access otherwise the content of the site will never be indexed.
I'm truly pleased your working on a solution.
Edit: some examples.

What's about the fusion core "fusion_visited" cookie?

All "technical" cookies to make a site work are allowed, no consent is needed.

No it's just a page where visitors can view. The little triangle thing in the right corner is what users click if they accept.

All Cookies used to make Fusion work are called "Essential Cookies".
All other Cookies like Google anylitics etc or cookies used in addons are called "Non Essential Cookies".
Both Essential and Non Essential Cookies must be declared.
