Not dwelling in how or why much ("paperless" administration in my city) I am expanding my computer hardware inventory to include an iPad.
No Firefox??? WHAT!
None of my favourite text editors?!
Yet another place where to set up e-mail accounts, sigh..
ApplieID? Damn, more login credentials to keep track of!
For those of you who may have iPad, could you please join me in whining over Apple, or perhaps even tip me off on any decent free apps so I can extend my normal work with ftp, editing, rdp and such onto the iPad thingie?

Another happy customer  Just waiting for my Nexus 10 of of UK. I was considering getting an iPad first, but finally decided to stick to Android device.

You never get to do what you want with Apple devices although YOU paid for it, lots of money, you never have complete control over it, they trace your every move and ask you to register, pay then again pay, for everything.
You can't even install free apps without having an account that can only be created if you supply valid credit card details... WTF?
You can't download stuff either or even transfer files over Bluetooth.
The things above happen' to me when I was trying an iPhone4, that was enough to get me mad, put it away and swore that I would never buy and Apple device in my life.
Wanna make me gift an Apple device? Good... I'll sell it the next day and buy their harder, better, faster, stronger equivalent from other company if I need to, with the rest of the money I'll buy myself a brand new car  'cuz that's how expensive Apple devices are.

LOL. Know what you mean. We have 4 phones in this house 3 are android and 1 is isuck.
My fiance is always asking why won't this work, why won't it do this. Because it is an isuck. I do this faster, better and easier from my android powered devices than the isuck. But that does not keep me from trouble shooting her phone.
Maybe I should do a video sticking a bullet in her iphone. lol.
Anyways. If you are looking for isuck apps just go to iphone site. there are 2 many to mention. |

JoiNNN, it seems you miss an important point, my friend. Although your input is welcome, I was given this, not by request or by choice, but because we have some investment in some system that only works with $uckPad.
Yeah, everything costs. I might as well look for software that I can buy and that is available on Windows too.
