Translate site to Dutch

Hello,

I am using PHP Fusion for a site of mine, and I want to create the same site in Dutch.
Can you tell me how to translate my site? I see that there are some translation by default but it's not enough. Can i upload a translation file or something?

I am on the way with translating V9 RC4 from English to Dutch.
The "public" part is ready, currently working on Admin part

I Send an Pull request for mergin with PHP-Fusion-9-Locale Github.

(Did not know how this was working, with GithuCool

That is great, but the latest version have a lot of changes from RC 4, We even had datepicker changes as of late.
Currently Danish is the best fully translated version as of intact and complete structure. ( https://github.com/php-fusion/PHP-Fusion-9-Localen-9-Locale )
