Chapter 1

Introduction
PHP-Fusion is a CMS (Content Management System) written in PHP (a server side scripting language) utilising a MySQL database for the running and storage of your sites content.

Features List
PHP-Fusion is a lightweight but powerful CMS with a myriad of features all controlled in an easy to navigate administration section. As a site Superadministrator you will have complete control over all aspects of your site enabling you to set it up to best suit your needs.

Chapter 3

Requirements needed to run PHP-Fusion
The are a few prerequisites that you will need to know about in advance in order to install and set up your own site.

Chapter 4

Installation [Install Site]
Once all files have been loaded to your web server and you have created a database or perhaps your host has created one for you, you can now proceed to install your site.
Ensure you have your database details handy and access to your files as you will need to delete the setup file after completion and reset permissions on certain files or folders.

This document will guide you step-by-step through the installation procedure which consists of 6 simple steps.

In this section, we will tell you that What are the uses of BBCodes in Forums and How you can Disable/Enable or Add new BBCodes to your Forums.

Chapter 10

Banners
Banners are the alternate way to Display custom Banners on your Website. Banners section allows you to use your custom Banners as, either Images or HTML Text.
You can Enable maximum of 2 Banners, one on right and one on left.

IMHO, as for the locales I see such way: newbie came to the main (any) product site and could readily download/discuss main parts - core, locale, plugins. It means that site must have those files and forum topics.

Sorry, but it sounds like some bull$hit marketing. Everyone must use clouds, bootstrap, kickstarter etc. only because it is modern and fashionable. Why everybody think that such way absolutely better, safer and so on for everyone?
