Anyone else have headaches using Chrome with 9.02. Twice it wouldn't allow me to enter my site with my password and now at least IE works...

All working fine...

Go maincore.php

See top few lines have a debugger
//Ini_set(display_errors, true);

Uncomment it.

It will show you why 403.

Check Htaccess file, in the last few lines are the redirections

Your 403 must be /your-site-path/error.php?code=403

This is what showed up in IE??

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected 'to' (T_STRING) in /home/mypleasu/public_html/maincore.php on line 23

seems the htaccess file is hidden in the cpanel..
