Problem with "infusions.php"

Suddenly I cannot access to System Admin -> Infusions (Error 404) and now I cannot install new Infusions.

I have transferred again to my server the infusions.php file, but the problem has not been solved.

Can somebody help me?

Searching the forums I found the same issue here:
