<textarea> </textarea> Problems

I decided to make and put HTML graphics on my site. I made I custom page and placed the following code for my image example and code for one of my background codes:

<img src="http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb16/entertheumbra/Pawprint.png"><br><textarea><body background="http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb16/entertheumbra/Pawprint.png"></body><center><img src="http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb16/entertheumbra/BGCODE.jpg"></center></textarea>

This is what the result looked like:

The only problem, though is that when I went to the actual page this graphic was on, this is the code that showed up in the text box:

<body background="http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb16/entertheumbra/Pawprint.png"></body>
<div style="text-align: center;"><div style="position:relative; top:0; width: 468px; height: 63px; margin-right:auto;margin-left:auto; z-index:99999">
<!-- BEGIN STANDARD TAG - 468 x 60 - ifastnet.com: Run-of-site - DO NOT MODIFY -->
<!-- END TAG -->
</div></div><center><img src="http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb16/entertheumbra/BGCODE.jpg"></center>

and as you can see, all I wanted was a body background code and it gave me an inline frame and a bunch of extra code. Does PHP Fusion have a filter that changes background codes? This bothers me because my image text area codes for my welcome signs turn out perfect without all of the extra info.

Please help clarify this...
