i have the newest patch and fusion version. butt still i cant get my lost password to work.

When a user enters a email adresse, the user get the mail, that says

if you want to changes you password. press this link ...

when the user press the link, the users just get send to my start page. and do not recive a mail with a new password.

what can be wrong ?
And you are sure, that you have the following:

Replaced Line 23 with:

if (FUSION_QUERY != "email=".$email."&account=".$account) fallback("index.php");

Only to be sure..

He makes reference to http://www.112-aarhus.dk is post #6. I think that is the website he is experiencing issues with.
v. 6.01.11 fixed lostpassword.php not working...

I have a similar problem with lostpasword, and i found the problem (not the cause)

in the url you see ..../index.php/lostpasword.php..... remove the index.php/ and go to that url.

Worked for me

make sure your Site URL in system admin --> main settings is your default website url

ex :

if you use your default directory of your website with another folder :

http://www.example.com/v2/ << make sure that your Site URL is also same as the default directory you upload the CMS instead of http://www.example.com..

if you cannot understand me, please do ask your question again :)
