Upgrade from MySQL 4.1 to MySQL 5.0

My hosting provider is going to Upgrade from MySQL 4.1 to MySQL 5.0

I have now 2 options, go for MySQL 5.0 or stay on MySQL 4.1

I'm using phpfusion version v6.01.15

Should I go for MySQL 5.0 or stay on MySQL 4.1?

According to the feature comparison, both v6 and v7 support MySQL - it dosn't give a version number so I guess MySQL v5 will be fine.
I upgraded to v5 (5.0.51b-community-nt) a couple of months ago, and don't recall having any problems whatsoever with phpFusion v6.01.15

A couple of my other PHP scripts had some hiccups, but phpFusion was fine.
I currently run MySQL 5 on v6.01.15 without issue.
PHP-Fusion works with MySQL 4.1.0 or higher ;)
Thank you all for your answers :)
I since 2005 have used already only mysql 5 and be satisfied.
there shouldnt be a problem during the upgrade : / your site should work fine.
