All parts of a PRIMARY KEY must be NOT NULL

When upgrading one of my sites I got the following message during the 1'st or 2'nd upgrade step (running upgrade from system menu).

All parts of a PRIMARY KEY must be NOT NULL; If you need NULL in a key, use UNIQUE instead

All other steps went fine though and the site seems to work as it should too. Any idea if this message can cause any problems?
Answer: one of your indexed field were somehow NULL.
Solution: at the moment none. Search your database for indexed fields with NULL
oh dear :o - oh well, that can be fun..... I guess :D
