As you stated the theme download is currently available for testing, I'm assuming that its' still not %100 done.

Over at PHP-Fusion.us we're making some changes to the theme and debugging to bring the best results possible.

Expect more feedback.
It's not an official site. This site here is the English language site. Only fusion has sites for languages not countries.

We've got a little more requirements to reach before we're eligible to apply.

NSS websites are not based on language alone. While the UK and US are both English native speakers, we have different laws, ethics, and cultures which make us two entirely different countries.

One main reason being the laws associated with out country. It's important for US citizens to be able to discuss US law within a US website.

We hope to get their soon!

Que the Scottish NSS then. :)
Craig, we had this discussion. Extensively. With quite a few people. And at least 20 countries involved.

NSS is country based. That is the general rule of thumb.

A note on the definition of NSS languages available in more than one country:

An NSS is locally defined as representing the Country where the Site Owner (or he's/she's equivalent) resides.
The NSS will receive name accordingly. Conflicting or collaborating NSS sites with similar language representation will co-exist. One NSS does not have monopoly on a language where other NSS sites exists, or may come to exist, in another country with same or technically similar language.

The requirement NetriX refers to have been set and accepted by all parties in a conversation about this. They are not unreasonable and relates to amount of members and activity on site, as with all potential NSS sites. We are in full agreement and cooperation with them guys over the pond. ;)

As soon as Scotland is granted a certain degree of independency and can be called a nation by its own right I will happily recommend any Gaelic/Scottish site for Scottish NSS, even yours. If you have fulfilled the requirements.
Cheers mate! :G
Great Theme!

I'd like the navigation under the header, how is that possible?
