Log SQL errors

SQL errors are not logged, further more they are displayed in plain sight.
Yodix already introduced PDO to PHP-Fusion, all we have to do is to set an attribute in maincore.php just after the connection to the DB is made

Can we set error mode to WARNING since with ERRMODE_EXCEPTION the site will completely crash whereas with ERRMODE_WARNING will continue to work and log the error, then Fusion will take care of what to do when a DB result is not the expected one.
