New install problem

I'm sorry, I don't get this file ------ includes / classes / PHP-Fusion / install / fusion_core.inc

Which one?
I have difficulty. Everything was going to delete it :(

CodeDownload
    protected function deldbrow_infuse($inf) {
        $error = FALSE;
        if ($inf['deldbrow'] && is_array($inf['deldbrow']) && $inf['status'] > 1) {
            foreach ($inf['deldbrow'] as $deldbrow) {
                $result = dbquery("DELETE FROM ".$deldbrow);
                if (!$result) {
                    $error = TRUE;
                }
            }
        }

        return $error;
    }

}

I only found a bug:
On Theme, Septenary: After inserting a recent article in the HomePage NEWS article displayed (enabled SEO). see:
https://www.pc-politika.cz/news/8305/...nu-strechu

Mysalím that problems in doing NEWS editing option "Make this news item sticky".

Other articles in NEWS, BLOG, ARTICLESW appears OK!

1 · You must first upload the upgrade script from the folder named upgrade 7.02.07 to 9.0
The content in administration folder goes to the content in your sites administration folder.
The content of locale folder goes to the root of your sites locale folder.
Replace all files when requested.

2 · Login to your site as the Super Administrator. Under the System Admin tab of the Admin Panel, click on Upgrade then click the button marked Upgrade. YOU MUST perform the upgrade first of all.
The upgrade process will automatically complete.
When you see your maintain mode screen, the site is ready for stage 2.

Is this step still needed with the new installer?
a new installation does not automatically start the installation,
How can the upgrade be started?
it copies the files, and run the install.php (pf_rc5 files)
only test recommended.
This error on mulit lines:

Call to undefined function rrmdir() in /volume1/web/survival/upgrade/9.02.upgrade.inc on line 631

Which one is going to be deleted and must not be deleted must go through selection first.
CodeDownload

If ($condition_met) {
$inf_deldbrow[] = DB_SOMETHING." WHERE col_where='what_value'";
}

Is the upgrade.inc file deleting anything that it is not suppose to delete?
I have been modified, but not let you remove installation
if ($inf['deldbrow'] && is_array($inf['deldbrow']) && $inf['status'] > 0) {

but it can not hurt to figure out something else, it all comes to all data in the array, so it performs everything ..
e.g.
When you do not have to install the deldbrow_infuse, you do not need to uninstall insertdbrow_infuse, you must change both
