Russian NSS doesn't specify authors of translations

First time:
At that moment there was only one Russian translation made by me, you can ask Frederick Chan (we have active contacts). But dirrerent user specified as author. After my complains I was specified as co-author only.
Second time:
At Russian NSS somebody placed all translations. They were made by some authors, but only one is specified. For this site Russian locale (made by me) is main, but I absent is authors list. Why?!

P.S. You can check at Github who made this translation.
Any displayed name preference is something you need to ask Russian NSS about.
When I look at it, The first link is submitted by SchreiBear, that´s how the system works. Only shows uploader. If your files are marked with your name and not altered, there is nothing wrong at all. If they removed your name in global as author, that would be a problem.

The second link is a complete repo submission from a specific date by karrak, again nothing wrong. He can submit any repo if he want. If you still want your name displayed on that DL as well, you can´t really force it. But ask the Russian NSS if they are willing to put it there.

Locking Thread since I see no proof of violations that we can take actions against here.
