Installtion not showing correctly

I am not sure how to explain this so here it goes.

I am trying to install Version 9.0 on my main website and it comes up looking wrong. Here is the link http://ybc-llc.com. I am trying to follow your manual for the installation process but I don't see all of the required fields in order to complete the process.

Is there a way to fix this? Am I missing a few files?

Ok. Thank you.
like , no we do not have a version ready for 9 that does that by interface now.
Oh. ..one more question? I would like to display text ads to my main site http://ybc-llc.com. is there an infusion i can install that will allow me to display them?

Thanks but I figured it out. I just didn't get a chance to post my resolution. I had an outdated version of PHP set in my server. So I went into my host and changed it to 7.1. It ultimately fixed my problem. Oh, and pdo_enabled value was set to 1.

Hello, go to config.php , see 'pdo_enabled' set its value to 1, resave the file and upload. See if it fixes the problem.

Meanwhile, can you tell us your server details by visiting the PHP Info page in the admin?

Ok...I got the installation to work but now I am getting a 412 error. I can's save main site settings. I am able to set up everything else but the main settings. Can anyone help.
