CodeDownload
add_to_head("
<script>window._epn = {campaign:5338079397};</script>
<script type='text/javascript' src='https://epnt.ebay.com/static/epn-smart-tools.js'></script>");

Copy the code below and paste it between the <head> </ head> tags on your web pages.
Validate your setup by loading your website and hovering over any eBay link. These should now be linked to "rover.ebay.com / ...".
<script>window._epn = {campaign:5338079397};</script>
<script src="https://epnt.ebay.com/static/epn-smart-tools.js"></script>

can anyone help me? thank you
Did you check your html source to see if the code is there and the scipts are loaded.
The add to head solution seems fine to me, but you could try this (using double quotes and escaping them):
CodeDownload
add_to_head("
<script>window._epn = {campaign:5338079397};</script>
<script type=\"text/javascript\" src=\"https://epnt.ebay.com/static/epn-smart-tools.js\"></script>");

CodeDownload
add_to_head("<script> CONTENT </script>");
