V9 versioning

I'm a bit confused about the v9 versioning after reading two news items on this site:

October 23 2018, PHP-Fusion Main have been upgraded to PHP-Fusion 9.00.04
https://www.php-fusion.co.uk/infusions/news/news.php?readmore=620

April 22 2018, PHP-Fusion Main have been upgraded to PHP-Fusion 9 (9.03)
https://www.php-fusion.co.uk/infusions/news/news.php?readmore=619

The newest news item has a lower version number than the previous older news item.
after calculation 9.00.04 = 9.0.4
Updated for clarification.
Githab is still different
9.0.3 https://github.com/php-fusion/PHP-Fusion
9.0.4 https://github.com/php-fusion/PHP-Fusion/tree/Babylon-9.0.4
It's still the same, but on Github is only for developers and beta testers.
The version on Github may be unstable. We're still fixing issues. Also don't use it on production!
