I have notices in Administration after a New Upgrade from 7.02.07 to 8.00.21 in a subdomain

by , Last updated on 24 days ago in Content Administration - 8
Backed up my database and all the files and then proceeded to follow the instructions to upgrade. Seems to have gone well and after fixing some errors in the error log, this error message popped up and I can't seem to find the functions.php file in my includes folder. Where else should I look for it and what does the error message mean?

Error Date Status
includes/functions.php
Undefined index: NX Line: 280

Update: After going back into the admin module, the error log now shows the following error messages:

includes/functions.php
Undefined index: NX Line: 280 April 26 2019 06:33:21
include/core.php
Constant DB_USERS already defined Line: 23 April 26 2019 06:28:40
include/core.php
Constant DB_MESSAGES already defined Line: 24 April 26 2019 06:28:40
db_handlers/pdo_functions_include.php
It looks like a Infusion, include/core.php / & includes/functions.php is nothing native.
NX is either a undefined variable or a missing locale ( varible as well )....
The other is repeating DB Definitions.

Just realized that the following error comes from themes/admin_themes/Venus/includes/function.php but can't figure out what is generating it.

includes/functions.php
Undefined index: NX Line: 280
I see now. It is a custom comment system with comment type NX,
Since the Theme is customized to a standard system you need to add it to this list ( Also in includes/functions.php ).

Change
 $comments_type = [
 'N' => $locale['269'],
 'D' => $locale['268'],
 'P' => $locale['272'],
 'A' => $locale['270'],
 'B' => $locale['269b'],
 'C' => $locale['272a'],
 'PH' => $locale['261'],
 ];

To
 $comments_type = [
 'N' => $locale['269'],
 'D' => $locale['268'],
 'P' => $locale['272'],
 'A' => $locale['270'],
 'B' => $locale['269b'],
 'C' => $locale['272a'],
 'PH' => $locale['261'],
 'NX' => "Your Comment System Name",
 ];

We sure need a fail safe fallback so it does not throw notices. Just Unknown.
