Simple 8 Theme

Any availability for this to be for newest v9 php-f ? as now it just doesnt go right on it, panels messed up

This is an 8 Theme, 
You can always try disable various elements like bootstrap etc, 

Place this under theme_functions_include.php in your theme.php
