Creating mysql trigger

I am trying to create a mysql trigger on my database with php.

I am getting error:

sqlstate[42000]: syntax error or access violation: 1064

I tried al possible escaping etc. But nothing works.
I get the feeling it is a bug in the pdo driver.

Manual entering via phpmyadmin works well.

It is for V9.03.50

EDIT:
Already solved. It was not possible to have 2 triggers of the same kind on the same table
