New panel in Material Theme

Hello there,

I want ask about creating new panel under Material Theme.
After creating new panel, providing name and content its looks different like panels putet under infusion folder.
I don't see main header with name and content is on default background, no on panel color.
Its normal feature for this theme?

We have openside() and opentable(). Each theme also has its own design for these functions.

openside('Title');

closeside();



opentable('Tiitle');

// your code

closetable();


This is opentable().

I think i forgot mention that im creating panel in Admin Panel, when i provide openside or opentable there i got this code in panel content.
