Customer Agreement for Roadmap Services

PHP-Fusion Inc (hereinafter referred to as "PHP-Fusion") AND you (hereinafter referred to as "Customer")

HAVE

entered into a Customer Master Agreement ("Agreement") effective from January 1, 2018 of which this "Wallet Agreement Extension" is a part. 

WHEREAS, PHP-Fusion provides with a Roadmap;

WHEREAS, the Customer wishes to activate through PHP-Fusion, Roadmap Services;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual promises, benefits and covenants contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt, adequacy and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, PHP-Fusion and the Customer, intending to be legally bound, hereby agree as follows:

1. Customer Election. Customer hereby elects to activate Roadmap through PHP-Fusion.
2. Customer Election. Customer hereby elects to accept that withdrawal will only be made to PayPal on request by Customer thru the Wallet´s withdrawal system.
3. Customer Election. Customer hereby elects to accept that withdrawal will take 15 days + the time it takes for a bank to handle the transaction. Usually 3-5 working business days.
4. PHP-Fusion's Acceptance. PHP-Fusion hereby accepts Customer's election to activate Roadmap through PHP-Fusion.

Please note that this Customer Agreement for Roadmap Services may change from time to time.
