Do a backup of your files through the admin panel plus if possible run a backup through your current phpMyAdmin. Make sure when you switch hosts that your database name and prefix match so that you dont have problems when running the restore. DISABEL ALL INFUSIONS also try to get rid of all Mods since they might cause errors when uploading Fusion again. The more original the files are the better and easier the movie will be Also might i suggest searching the Forum for a more detailed way of doing it since im just trying to give you a general idea. Hum... i wonder if simply allowing a certain User Group access to the Upload File Infusion, which is avaiable at the official MODs site. Plus there are plenty other MODs/Infusions that let you decide what you can have uploaded to certain directories and by what user group. http://www.phpfusion-mods.com/

Also there is a MOD/Infusion that gives you direct acess too all sent, and received messages from all users, i wouldnt recommend it if your users use PM alot else its a good way of deleting messages that are unread since it shows whats read and what isnt.... you can find this Infusion at http://www.phpfusion-mods.net/news.php its called PM Alert

use an FTP Client just drag and drop your files/folders to this new sub directory. Also I THINK you might have to change your configuration a little bit : /
